Oval face
Balanced proportions with a forehead slightly wider than the chin and high cheekbones. Most versatile face shape — nearly every frame style works.

Most styles work well. Rectangular and geometric frames add definition. Avoid frames that are too oversized.
Round face
Full cheeks with a rounded chin and equal width and length. Angular frames add structure and make the face appear longer and slimmer.

Square face
Strong jawline, broad forehead, and angular features. Round and oval frames soften sharp lines and add balance.
Best frames:
Round, oval, and curved frames to soften angular features. Avoid boxy or angular frames that emphasize sharp lines.
Heart face
Wider forehead and cheekbones narrowing to a small chin. Frames that are wider at the bottom create balance.

Diamond face
Narrow forehead and jawline with broad cheekbones. Frames that sit high on the face highlight the cheekbones.

Understanding frame sizes
Every frame has three key measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm. Here's how to read them.
Eye size
The horizontal width of one lens in millimetres. Typically ranges from 40mm to 62mm.
Bridge width
The distance between the two lenses over your nose, in mm. Usually 14mm to 24mm.
Temple length
The length of the arm from hinge to tip in mm. Typically 120mm to 150mm.
How to find your size
Look inside the temple arm of your current glasses. You'll see three numbers like 52 □ 18 140. That's eye size, bridge width, and temple length. Bring these numbers when you visit us for the best fit.
